Summary

A bathroom can feel finished only when every fixture works as it should. In this Delano home, we stepped in after rough-in to install customer-selected fixtures and resolve a toilet flange issue that was holding up the project.

The Work

Installed a customer-provided tub and shower valve, making sure the fit matched new tile work
Corrected the toilet flange height so the toilet would sit securely
Reinstalled the existing toilet and tested for leaks
Added new shutoff valves and installed a customer-supplied vanity faucet
Restored water and checked all connections for smooth operation

The Outcome

With every fixture in place and tested, the bathroom is now ready for everyday use. The plumbing updates not only improved function but also matched the homeowner’s style choices for a clean, modern finish.
